Can broker logging level be changed without shutting down the broker?

Is there a way to change broker logging while broker is running?

FIX:
The broker logging setting is configured in the ubroker.properties file, the broker needs to be restarted to pick up any changes in the file. Currently, there is no way to dynamically change the broker setting.
