Webspeed 2.1 Alpha NT config utility expired license

The error you may get on an Alpha NT box after installing Webspeed 2.1
and trying to run the Webspeed Configuration Utility:
"The control number has expired. You do not have an appropriate
license to use this functionality."
This is caused by some Visual Basic Controls for Alpha NT expiring on
March 1, 1998. WebSpeed 2.x depends on some of these controls,
therefore any Alpha NT customer who owns WebSpeed 2.x will not be able
to execute the WebSpeed Configuration Utility (WSCFG).
The fix for this problem is to download the "Visual Studio 97 Service
Pack 3" from microsoft and follow its installation instructions. Once
installed, our configuration utility will execute correctly.
