SYMPTOM(s):
WebSpeed error message is intermittently written to the DB file corrupting Database
Similar messages are also written to the database log file.
WebSpeed agents connects to the Database in Shared memory.
WebSpeed agents connects to multiple databases
WebSpeed broker is never stopped and restarted before and after databases are taken down for off-line backup
CAUSE:
The cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
To avoid this issue, stop and restart the WebSpeed broker before and after the Database off-line backup respectively.
