CAUSE:
Bug# OE00136244
FIX:
The progress.cfg file contained in the 101a_dbutils directory includes only the capabilities of the Personal Database license.
This configuration file will not allow some operations such as manipulating a database which has been large file enabled.
An Enterprise Database license will be needed if attempting to manipulate a database which has been large file enabled.
