SYMPTOM(s):
One-click WebClient installation fails on Windows Vista when UAC is enabled
WebClient fails to install from IIS server with error message Setup cannot run from this Web page. Verify you have the correct browser security settings, click Refresh, and select Yes when asked to install the InstallShield Wizard.
Issue happens when starting the installation from the webclient.htm or bootstrap.htm
Installation web page displays "Please wait" forever
Installation web page never displays the "Install" button
Windows Vista's User Access Control (UAC) is enabled
Issue does not happen if UAC is disabled
Issue does not happen if installation is started manually from setup.exe from a local folder

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00160856
FIX:
Two workarounds are available:
- disable UAC prior to the installation of WebClient
- Go to All Programs>>right-click on Internet Explorer>choose "Run as Administrator"
before accessing the WebClient installation page
