The DLC variable must contain a valid directory path (11002)
91_dbutil fails with error (11002)
Progress version 9.1E is installed on that machine as well.
DLC environment variable correctly points to <DLC install dir>\bin\91dbutils
CAUSE:
leftover of registry entries of 9.1E installation is pointing to an incorrect directory
FIX:
Either remove the registry keys of the 9.1E installation or make sure the DLC value set within HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\PSC\PROGRESS\9.1E\Startup
or
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PSC\PROGRESS\9.1E\Startup
points to the valid directory of the Progress version 9.1E installation
