Starting a database
This version of PROGRESS does not support setting a minimum network service port (-minport). (5872)
OpenEdge Architect license installed
FACT(s) (Environment):
OpenEdge 10.1A

CAUSE:
This is expected behavior because the OpenEdge Architect license only allows local logins as it is for development only.
FIX:
1. Do not specify a port number (-S) or set minport/maxport values. These are only used for servers that would handle remote connections in a production environment.
2. Install a Workgroup or Enterprise database license to allow for remote connections.
