ProDebugEnable fails on Windows Vista
Cannot enable debugging on Windows Vista
Running ProDebugEnable or other ProDebug commands
The following error occurs:
Cannot open registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Secure\, errno 2.
The user trying to enable debugging is logged in as Administrator

CAUSE:
Bug# OE00145837
CAUSE:
OpenEdge releases before 10.1B03 expect the security flags for the debugger in a registry location that no longer exists in Windows Vista
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1B03 or later
