Can a customer integrate the latest service pack for a specific Progress version with the core product install?

How can a service pack be integrated into the core install of Progress?

All Supported Operating Systems
FIX:
This is basically what happens whenever Progress releases a minor release, e.g. 10.1C will be "10.1B + the last 10.1B service pack + 10.1C new features".
However, we don't support doing this outside of our own release schedules. Currently, the products are designed so that the service packs are installed additionally onto the core release.
