SYMPTOM(s):
The OpenEdge Web Service client crashes when receiving large amount of data into a LONGCHAR EXTENT
The LONGCHAR EXTENT variable contains a lot of extents
There is no message to increase the -s parameter
Error 279 does not show up
SYSTEM ERROR: stkpush: stack overflow. Increase the -s parameter (279)
CAUSE:
This is a known issue.
FIX:
Increase the -s parameter to prevent the crash.
