Incorrect setting of LC_CTYPE results in error 8427
LC_CTYPE is set to "iso_8859_1".
CHANGE:
Customer applied OpenEdge 10.1B01 service pack.
CAUSE:
The LC_CTYPE Unix environment variable is not set correctly.
FIX:
Set the LC_CTYPE environment variable to a correct value. Examples of more typical settings are "en_US" or "fi_FI.iso8859-15".
