SYMPTOM(s):
SQL-92: Errors (8839) and (5291) trying to connect a new SQL-92 client to the database
You have attempted to connect to a database with too many users connected to it. Retry the connection later, or increase -n on the server. (5291)
No SQL servers are available. Try again later. (8839)
The SQL Server is not available after -n exceeded, even if some users disconnect from the database, SQL Server still failing to accept new connections.
SQL Broker has started up to the last server available for it.
Two separate brokers for SQL and 4GL
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress 9.1C
Progress 9.1D
Progress 9.1E04 Service Pack
OpenEdge 10.1A02 32-bit Service Pack
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00072238
FIX:
To workaround it,
1 - Increase -n parameter, case the license allows it.
2 - Put more servers available for the SQL Broker.
