Failed field has accents on its contents
Field has the correct datatype
Field contents does not contais more characters than the sql-width for it in the database

Bug# OE00135452
FIX:
1 - Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1B02 or later
2 - Avoid using SQLBindParameter
