Referencing the old <DLC>
CAUSE:
OpenEdge uninstalled and reinstalled into a new <DLC>
FIX:
Remove the following file from the workspace location:
.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.resources/.projects/<project name>/.indexes/properties.index.
Reopen the project in OpenEdge Architect.
