WebClient cannot retrieve .prowcapc
Unable to send request to web server <name>, error code = 12029
Network packet trace shows that connection to web server is closed by the client side
Network packet trace shows that no data is exchanged before the connection is closed
Issue reproduces with any web server implementation
Duplicate IP addresses on the network
CAUSE:
The behavior of the network stack when duplicates IP addresses are in use on the local network is unsupported by WebClient.
FIX:
Ensure that IP addresses are unique on the local network.
