SYMPTOM(s):
The WebSpeed workshop editor is not working
Can not compile WebSpeed application in the WebSpeed workshop file tools
Submit button does not work on the WebSpeed messenger Administration (WSMAdmin) page
CAUSE:
The internet browser security has jvm and javascript disabled which disallowed the .js file from running on the web browser. The %DLC%\WebSpeed\script folder has all the .js files that is used in WebSpeed workshop (webtools).
FIX:
Allow jvm and javascript on the internet browser by clicking on the customer level under Tools > Internet Options... > Security tab.
