Unable to query one table in Progress database via MS SQL Server Linked Server
Using Microsoft SQL Server Linked Server functionality
Querying 1 specific Progress table via the Linked Server in results in a hang - query must be terminated manually
Other tables can be queried normally
Executing the same query via the same ODBC DSN using another ODBC client returns the expected results

CAUSE:
Given that other third-party ODBC clients can execute the same query via the same ODBC DSN against the same Progress database, a configuration problem in Microsoft SQL Server Linked Server is the most likely cause of this issue.
