Fathom management send alerts with wrong time stamps

Daylight saving has started.

CAUSE:
As any other application written in Java, this issue appears in Brazil, due the fact that Brazilian government does not use a fixed date to change the time, and Java relies on its own timezone control, and does not use Operating System rules.
Sun provides a jar file name tzupdater.jar that when applied fix the JVM time.
