Error 276 trying to disable site replication
** The database <file-name> is in use in multi-user mode. (276)
Using dsrutil db -C disablesitereplication source|target
CAUSE:
Disable site replication cannot run while Replication Server or Replication Agent is still running.
FIX:
Be sure to terminate the Replication Server or Replication Agent before disabling replication for the database.
To stop replication server, use:
dsrutil <db-name> -C terminate server
