SYMPTOM(s):

The Data Administration load of a table .d file crashes with error: memory could not be read.

Only fails on a few tables.

Microsoft's Event Viewer Application log shows:Faulting application prowin32.exe, version 10.0.2.1475, faulting module prow32.dll,

Stack trace from prow32.dll reads:

DllStartup

Stack trace from vsapi.dll reads:

vsFileMove

vsPropGetB

vsUnregisterWindow

DllStartup

Custom client pf file sets -cpinternal utf-8 -cpstream utf-8 -cprcodein utf-8

Unicode=YES set in the custom progress.ini file

Data from the problem tables load without issue when using the default startup.pf file, along with the default progress.ini file.

The database was created using an empty database from the %DLC% directory.

FIX:

Create the database using an UTF8 empty database found in %DLC%\prolang\utf
