SYMPTOM(s):
The Data Administration load of a table .d file crashes with error: memory could not be read.
Only fails on a few tables.
Microsoft's Event Viewer Application log shows:Faulting application prowin32.exe, version 10.0.2.1475, faulting module prow32.dll,
Stack trace from prow32.dll reads:

Stack trace from vsapi.dll reads:

vsPropGetB
vsUnregisterWindow
DllStartup
Custom client pf file sets -cpinternal utf-8 -cpstream utf-8 -cprcodein utf-8
Unicode=YES set in the custom progress.ini file
Data from the problem tables load without issue when using the default startup.pf file, along with the default progress.ini file.
