HP Printer

CAUSE:

There is a documented problem with a specific HP driver that causes printing problems with Progress. It appears that it is related to installing the HP complete printing system on the machine and specifically relates to one HP .dll.

FIX:

Microsoft states that you need to rename the following .dll:

c:\system32\hpdcmon.dll

They recommend renaming it to hpdcmon.xxx and rebooting the system.
