Database: The CURRENT-VALUE function returns incorrect values after enableseq64.
Enabling 64 bit sequences on a database created under 10.0B05 using 10.1B02 proutil causes CURRENT-VALUE function to return wrong result.
The CURRENT-VALUE function incorrectly returns the value 4294967297
