Unable to print using control codes in 10.1B02
Using PUT CONTROL statement to send control codes to printer
Printing the actual control codes at the top of the page in a small font
When setting startup parameters to -Wa -wpp issue still occurs
When changing driver to a 'Generic Text-only' driver issue still exists
