Application windows are getting re-initialized when the corresponding menu item is selected from menu tool bar.
This happens to Static Containers when Multiple Windows option is unchecked in Dynamics 10.1x
In Progress 9.1D/Dynamics 2.1A selecting a menu item for an already launched Window would just bring the Window to the top
