First line of server log does not contain the following:
EasyAsk version: V9.6.661 - Thu 06-28-2007 08:45 AM
Choosing Help then About DataWorkshop from DataWorkshop does not display the following:
EasyAsk version: V9.6.661 - Thu 06-28-2007 08:45 AM
FACT(s) (Environment):
EasyAsk 9.6
FIX:
Insure that the eapatch.jar is properly downloaded and copied to the install directory.
Extract fix from eapatch.jar into folders <install dir>/com/easyask/
or
put eapatch.jar in install directory and insure that EasyAskServer.lax and/or DataWorkshop.lax has eapatch.jar as the first item in the lax.class.path variable
