Certain menu options under the Source menu item in OE Architect are greyed out.
Certain menu options under the Source menu item in OE Architect are disabled.
The Check Syntax option under the Source menu item in OE Architect is greyed out.
The Compile option under the Source menu item in OE Architect is greyed out.
Opened a new class, include or procedure but did not import the file into the OpenEdge project.
CAUSE:
OpenEdge Architect will not allow a user to check the syntax or compile any files that are not part of the OpenEdge project. Opening a file on the file sytem through Architect alone will not automatically add it to the project.
FIX:
Import the necessary project files.
