The Web Services Adapter (WSA) returns a SOAP Fault with error "Content is not allowed in prolog"
The Web Services Adapter (WSA) throws an org.xml.sax.SAXParseException exception
Error in SOAP Envelope: parsing error: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Content is not allowed in prolog. (10913)
CAUSE:
The SOAP Request which was received by the WSA contains invalid XML data.
FIX:
Use a SOAP viewer to view the SOAP Request and correct the invalid XML data.
