.NET Proxy has been generated using .NET 2.0 compiler
Using .NET Open Cient
CAUSE:
The .NET proxy refers to .NET 1.1 assemblies. .NET 1.1 needs to be installed on the machine.
FIX:
Install the .NET 1.1 Framework.
