No. Although some customers have been identified who are running a 32-bit PA-RISC version of Progress / OpenEdge under the Aries emulation package this is not a supported configuration.
The first Progress / OpenEdge version supported built for and supported on HP Itanium is 10.0B. It is a 64-bit Progress / OpenEdge version.
