Restarting OpenEdge Architect after changes are made
Most panes show a Java exception instead of expected features
Menu options fail silently or throw visible exception

FIX:
Workaround:
Start the OpenEdge Architect Clean (or specify -clean parameter on the OpenEdge Architect command line)
This will restore the configuration to working order, including the newly added customizations
