SYMPTOM(s):
Project directory is not within workspace directory
Project directory contains subdirectory called "bin", "src" or "templates"
Enabled JET templates for the project (New -> Other -> OpenEdge -> JET Templates -> Enable JET for OpenEdge Projects)
Existing files in subdirectory "bin", "src" or "templates" are deleted

Workaround:
Ensure a backup of the project exists before enabling JET templates.
Restore files from the backup when this issue occurs.
