FIX:
ODBC connection pooling reuses database connections, hence increase performance. The connection pooling statistics can be gathered from Perfmon counters. By default, the counter is disabled, please reference following Microsoft Knowledge base on how to enable ODBC connection polling counters from Perfmon.
