The Web Services Adapter (WSA) fails to start
Checking the status of the WSA instance shows that the WSA is not running
Web Service Adapter <WSA Name> is Not Running
The Java Servlet Engine log files show error 10951
The property wsaUrl does not have a valid value (NULL): missing value (10951)
CAUSE:
The wsaUrl property in the ubroker.properties has not been defined for the WSA instance.
FIX:
Specify the correct value for the wsaUrl in the ubroker.properties and restart your Java Servlet Engine.
