FIX:
Unlike the conmgr.properties and ubroker.properties, it is not possible to direct utilities to find needed files in an_other location to the defaults location on the remote machine. If needed, these files need to first be copied elsewhere prior to installation updates (for example) and then restored. Alternatively, remote monitoring will need to be re-enabled with the fmconfig utilitiy.
These files specifically are:
DLC/properties/management.properties
DLC/container.import
DLC/MF*.xsd
