The following error is displayed on the browser with white page instead of yellow page:
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
Copied the WebSpeed installation folders and other WebSpeed applications from another machine to the new machine instead of installing the WebSpeed or Application Server license.
FIX:
Install the WebSpeed or Application Server license on the machine first, and then copy the ubroker.properties file from the old machine to the new machine as well as other WebSpeed applications.
