FIX:
In Progress version 9x the extend of the variable data extent is in increasing increments of 16 database blocks until it reaches 128 database blocks and it will be then fixed at extends of 128 database blocks.
In Progress OpenEdge 10 the extend of the variable extent is by 64 database blocks or the cluster size, which ever is larger.
