FIX:
Beginning in 9.1C, a decision was made to reduce the deployment size of the WebClient package.
OCX and ActiveX components were removed from the WebClient installation package.
If an application has dependencies on OCX, ActiveX or .dll's not supplied by Progress / OpenEdge, these objects must be defined within the WebClient Application Assembler so that they may deployed with the main .cab file or on an as-needed basis.
