Info about SESSION:DATA-ENTRY-RETURN attribute

A DATA-ENTRY-RETURN setting of TRUE makes the RETURN key act like a
TAB key in a fill-in field. If it is FALSE, hitting RETURN will not
move the cursor to the next field. You must hit the TAB key instead.

The default setting for Character Mode is TRUE, the default setting
for GUI is FALSE.

IMPORTANT: If the frame has a default button, then hitting the RETURN
key fires the default button regardless of the DATA-ENTRY-RETURN
setting. Character mode does not have the concept of default buttons,
so this is not an issue in that environment.

Smart Panels (such as p-updsav) have default buttons defined and
therefore the DATA-ENTRY-RETURN attribute will have no effect. To
change this behaviour you can make a copy of the Smart Panel and
modify the button's default-button setting in its Property Sheet.
