The handle for "RUN ... ON SERVER" must be either a SERVER handle or a SESSION handle. (8998)
Using RUN statement to call internal procedure locally
Using syntax RUN ... ON instead of RUN ... IN
CAUSE:
The incorrect syntax is being used.
FIX:
Use RUN ... IN to call an internal procedure.
