Getting error 161 during schema synchronization with Progress/400
** File <file>--must change Prime-Index before deleting primary Index. (161)
The .df from schema holder showed invalid library name that is been deleted long time ago from as/400
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing.
FIX:
Remove the server schema from the as/400 and build it from scratch. On the client, delete the schema holder and re-create it and re-synchronize it.
