Error 8313 running oraman command
The broker process shows up in ps listing at OS level
The broker process that shows up in ps listing has classpath pointing to another version of Progress installation on the same system
"ps -ef |grep _orasrv "shows the server is running from the other version of Progress installation
CAUSE:
The running broker is from anther Progress installation on the same system which is running off a different admin server
FIX:
Kill the existing Oracle broker and use oraman to start the correct broker from the correct installation
