Error 560 occurs when attempting to remove a table from the Query Builder
Entry <entry#> is outside the range of list <list-string>. (560)
Entry 0 is outside the range of list <name-of-field-in-BY-clause>. (560)
A Sort (BY) clause has been added to the query
Attempting to remove the Table before the Sort clause
CAUSE:
This is a known issue
FIX:
Remove the Sort condition before removing the Table
