FIX:
The Progress Explorer Tool grays out the Maximum Server value, as well as the "OK" button in the defaultConfiguration Properties window when the Maximum Server Value is blank or above 512. This may be over ridden by entering the -Mn parameter in the "Other Server Arguments" box in this window.
