Modifications to oeide\eclipse\eclipse.ini are undone

FIX:
Workaround:
- Ensure existing files are backed up during Service Pack install (or at least copy oeide\eclipse\eclipse.ini to another file/location).
- Install 10.1B02 service pack
- Restore oeide\eclipse\eclipse.ini from the backup copy. (When doing this via the Service Pack installer, the file will be in the SPBackup by default)
