All programs work correctly
When going in to the help Topics, no help is displayed.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Progress/OpenEdge Versions
Windows Vista
CAUSE:
Windows Vista does not install WinHlp32.exe which is needed to display Help Topics on most applications.
FIX:
Go to the following URL and download WinHlp32.exe and install it. Help should work properly after installing.
A reboot may be required.
