CAUSE:

Insufficient Memory to start AppServer broker and additional AppServer Servers.

FIX:

Reduce the number of AppServer Servers being initialized on start up of the AppServer Broker. This modification can be made via Progress Explorer or within the ubroker.properties file. Reduce the initialSrvrInstance value.

Long term resolution may be to acquire additional memory for expected process load.
