SYSTEM ERROR: Wrong dbkey in block. Found <dbkey>, should be <dbkey2> in area <num>. (1124)

CAUSE:
One of the hard disks (in a RAID1 container) on which the online backup files were being saved to had gone offline.
FIX:
Re-start the database, then once the backup volume disks are available again, take an online probkup.
