The list of enabled features in database <dbname> contains features that are not recognized by this codebase (11810)
CAUSE:
Due to the limited interoperability between databases from Release 10.1A and 10.0x with Release 10.1B, is not possible to use the database without reverting it using PROUTIL REVERT utility.
FIX:
Use PROUTIL REVERT utility to revert the format of a 10.1B database to a 10.1A (or 10.0x) format
