Corrupt block detected when attempting to release a buffer. (4232)

SYSTEM ERROR: removing shared memory segment with segment_id: 0 errno = 22

Database crash recovery fails with error:

SYSTEM ERROR: Physical redo, BKUPDCTR=<number>, note updctr=<number>. (873)

CAUSE:

Database was not cluster-enabled. As a result, it could not properly transition to the next cluster node.

FIX:

Restore database from backup

To prevent future occurrences, make the database cluster-enabled using the PROCLUSTER command.
