FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000
SYMPTOM(s):
Expanding columns in a browse does not enable the vertical scrollbar.
Browse has column resizable enabled.
Number of records are the same as lines in browse viewport.
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by development
FIX:
As a workaround, pressing the arrow down key enables the vertical scrollbar.
